Norma L. Galdamez is the Founder and Principal Brand Designer of Loft 2142, a boutique creative studio specializing in brand strategy, visual identity, and marketing communications. She works alongside businesses, nonprofits, and mission-driven organizations to transform ideas into thoughtful, authentic brands that inspire trust and meaningful connection.

Her career includes in-house leadership roles within the financial and insurance industries, as well as collaborations with nonprofits, minority-owned businesses, community organizations, and socially conscious startups. This breadth of experience gives her a unique ability to balance strategic thinking with creative execution, delivering design solutions that are both purposeful and practical.

As the lead designer behind Loft 2142, Norma personally guides each project from concept to completion, providing clients with a collaborative, hands-on experience. When additional expertise is needed, she partners with a trusted network of creative professionals—including copywriters, photographers, illustrators, web developers, project managers, and marketers—to build the right team for every engagement.
